In 2015, Florida opened Permit and Drivers License testing to "Third Party Administrators".
Having had to deal with the DMV and Tax Collectors Offices, we knew that there had to be a better way of testing people who wanted to get their licenses. So we are opening up small offices, close to neighborhoods, DMVs, and Tax Collector offices to make it much more convenient and user friendly for you.
Unfortunately, until the State of Florida allows us to print the actual licenses, you’ll still have to stop by their offices to get your picture taken and for them to print out the actual license.
There is absolutely no reason you shouldn't just go to them, we are here so that you don't have to sit for hours in their office. Our goal is to get you in and out of our office in less than 30 minutes.

If you are using your own vehicle, please make sure that your registration and insurance is current, all your turn signals, brake lights and horn work, and the car is reasonably clean.
Our road tests are held on the roads surrounding our area offices.
For instance at our Tech Blvd location we will be primarily using Tech Blvd, Windhorst Road, Columbus Drive and Falkenburg Road, so you be experiencing a real road test with other vehicles around you.

We have vehicles that you may use to take your test with us! Just reserve the vehicle when you book your test!
The State of Florida does not allow us to use translators, either people or devices. Tests are done only in English.
If you do not speak English, the Hillsborough County Tax Collector provides testing in 82 languages.
If we aren't out side waiting for you, call or text us, and we will come out meet you by the office's mailboxes.
The driver that gets you to the test, may wait in our lobby.
No. We're sorry, but until they let us print licenses, you still have to go to the DMV/Tax Collector for them to print out your license.
You ARE NOT a licensed driver until they do that.
We transmit your results to the State after your test, so you can go to any DMV/Tax Collector and have them print them out for you though.
According to the State rules, you must wait until the next day before testing again. There is an additional $25 State Testing Fee for a retest.
With us? Three times.
You may take the Road Test five times in one calendar year.
Your fourth Road Test must be administered by the Tax Collector, and the fifth, by the Tax Collector Supervisor.
If you fail the fifth test, you will have to surrender your permit for one year.
We are currently open at 1211 Tech Blvd, Suite #112, Tampa, FL 33619, literally a two minute drive to the Brandon Tax Collector, where you may get your license printed out.
